Terms of Agreement
BBEA, James Boyte and Jodie Boyte agree to the following:

Price Quoted For Four Hours $ Anything Over the Scheduled Time Will
Be $100.00 per Hour.
Requests for services beyond the above scheduled end time shall be made by the recipient
at least one half hour before the scheduled end time. Any request for services beyond
the above stated end time, shall be at a rate of $100.00 per hour. An additional
$100.00 for every hour of service rendered beyond the agreed time period must be paid to
Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency before the additional extra hours are provided.
BBEA reserves the right to refuse to provide services beyond the scheduled end time
based on reasonable circumstances. If recipient fails to notify BBEA of ceremony prior to
contract signing a $75.00 fee will be added to conduct these services, the fee must be paid
when recipient notifies BBEA.
BBEA agrees to arrive at least one half-hour prior to the scheduled start time in order to
set up and test equipment. The recipient agrees to ensure at least one hour beyond the end
time is available for BBEA to break down, pack, and load equipment. No additional fees
will be charged to the recipient for set up or break down time.
The recipient has paid a deposit of $100.00 this is to reserve the above date for services.
In the event of cancellation by the recipient for any reason the full amount of the
deposit is non refundable.

In the event that any equipment is damaged as a result of the actions of the recipient or
any of the recipient’s guests/patrons, the recipient will be responsible for reasonable
monetary compensation to Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency for the repair or
replacement of damaged equipment.
BBEA requests that a grounded power outlet be within (10) Ten Feet of DJ setup
area, and we also require a (6) Six Foot Table. (With Matching Table Skirts)
All online event planning must be complete within 10 days of your event.
If the Event is outside BBEA requires ample coverage for DJ and Equipment, In the
event that coverage is not provided BBEA reserves the right to immediately pack all
equipment and terminate this agreement. If the agreement is terminated due to these
reasons there will be no refund of any monies paid to BBEA for above scheduled event.
If recipient fails to tell BBEA that event is outside a fee of $100.00 is due before
scheduled event is to start. Payment must be made in cash, if on the day of scheduled
event. In the event that proper notice is not provided to BBEA before event. BBEA
reserves the right to terminate this agreement. If the agreement is terminated due to these
reasons there will be no refund of any monies paid to BBEA for above scheduled event.
A $50.00 moving fee will apply if we are required to carry equipment up a flight of stairs.
In the event that the stairs are more than one flight it will be $10.00 per additional flight,
this fee will only apply if your venue does not have an elevator. If recipient fails to tell
BBEA that event has stairs a fee of $50.00 is due before scheduled event is to start, and if
there is more than one flight of stairs it is $10.00 per additional flight. Payment must be
made in cash, if on the day of scheduled event. In the event that proper notice is not
provided to BBEA before event. BBEA reserves the right to terminate this agreement. If
the agreement is terminated due to these reasons there will be no refund of any monies
paid to BBEA for above scheduled event.
In the event that BBEA feels staff or equipment is threatened injury, harassment or harm,
BBEA reserves the right to immediately pack all equipment and terminate this
agreement. If the agreement is terminated due to these reasons there will be no refund of
any monies paid to BBEA for above scheduled event.
It is the recipient who shall be responsible for the proper set up area for Boyte Booking
Entertainment Agency. A minimum of a 40 (forty) square foot area is necessary space for Boyte
Booking Entertainment Agency (DJ or KJ) to properly set up. Without having a reserved space
could and will lead to a delay in the start time of the event. In the event of a late start time, Boyte
Booking Entertainment Agency is only obligated to the schedule time frame, exceeding this time
frame is up to the discretion of Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency. The price quoted will
stand as is regardless of the event start time.
In the event that there are local laws and/or noise ordinances, BBEA hereby agrees
to cooperate with all ordinances. Let it be known that BBEA will comply with the
requests of law enforcement. If BBEA is asked to leave or shut down due to the
request of law enforcement, no monies will be refunded.

Payment Agreement
Payment amount based on above agreement shall be recovered in the following manner.
All check payments must be received (14 days) before scheduled date. Checks are to
be made out to: BBEA or Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency. If for any reason
the before mentioned check does not post or is declined by recipients bank a $25.00
fee will be charged. In the event of these circumstances any previous monies will not be
refunded and the show will be cancelled, unless all fees and payment for services is
received in Cash two weeks prior to the scheduled event. Payments of cash must be
paid at least (two weeks) prior to the scheduled event. If payment terms are not met
as described above, BBEA reserves the right to terminate this agreement with No
Refunds. In the event of cancellation by the recipient for any reason, a written
notice is due two weeks prior to the event (No E-Mails or Phone Calls), and any
monies that has been previously paid to Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency is
non refundable. The recipient may use the non refundable monies for a future event
or transfer the monies to a family or friends event. If Boyte Booking Entertainment
Agency does not receive written notice of cancellation two weeks prior to event date,
the recipient is responsible for the full contract amount. The recipient agrees to pay
the balance of the contract to Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency upon arrival on the
event date before services are rendered. In the event that recipient fails to pay for services in
accordance with the terms of the contract, the recipients deposit is non refundable and recipient
agrees to pay remaining balance and all attorney fees necessary to collect the total contracted fee.
In the event that Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency scheduled for your event is unable to be
available, a substitute will be issued; you will be notified of such a change, unless it is within that
very day. With events being booked months in advance, such a contingency is impossible to
foresee, but Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency has a working agreement with certain DJ’s for
such an emergency. Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency’s contract will remain enforced for
that event, thus assigning the terms of the contract to a designated third party.

Additional Terms
By signing this agreement, Recipient and BBEA agree to all terms established in this
agreement. It is mutually agreed that by returning this agreement, signed and with
deposit, that the hiring party has read and fully understands the terms, conditions
and procedures outlined throughout this contract and thus accepts the contract and
is willingly bound to the contract.

Boyte Booking Entertainment Agency is willing to review and discuss any terms
listed in the entire contract, please feel free to contact Boyte Booking Entertainment
Agency. It must be emphasized that most of the listed conditions and procedures,
have never needed to be addressed nor applied. Boyte Booking Entertainment
Agency just wants the recipient to be aware of these situations and possible
procedures.
